ICE is the global gaming industry's biggest stage. One client, two builds: a state-of-the-art two-floor exhibition booth on the show floor by day, and an exclusive after-hours takeover of Xavier Corberó's iconic Barcelona estate by night.
We ran every element: end-to-end booth design, fabrication and technical production across two floors; a custom build of the Xavier Corberó party from the ground up including power, staging, rigging, lighting and AV; talent booking and artist management headlined by Nicky Romero with over 70 entertainers staged across the night for a crowd of 500+; VIP concierge for 70+ priority guests; and round-the-clock ground transport managing a fleet of 20 Mercedes Vianos.
